Understanding your subscription

With each subscription, you’ll receive one letter in the mail each month. 

Unless you choose an annual plan, this is recurring monthly.

All subscriptions are auto-renewing unless you cancel. 

Prepaid plans will still deliver one letter per month for the full duration selected.

Your payment information is securely stored, and you’ll be charged monthly unless you’ve purchased a prepaid subscription (like annual plan), which is charged in full at the start. 

How to cancel a subscription

You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account profile on the Website at any time. However, this does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.

To cancel or make changes to your subscription, simply log in to your account dashboard. You can either enter your password or request a one time login link emailed to you.

Canceling during a prepaid subscription

If you cancel a prepaid subscription (like a 6-month plan) before the end of your term, you’ll still receive any remaining monthly letters you’ve already paid for. 

For example, if you cancel after 4 months of a 6-month subscription, you’ll still receive the last 2 months; however, your subscription just won’t renew.

Canceling a monthly subscription

If you’re on a monthly subscription and you cancel after your monthly payment has already gone through, your next letter will still be shipped, but you won’t be charged again going forward.

Pausing vs. Canceling

If pausing is enabled, please understand that pausing your subscription doesn’t cancel it. It only pushes back your next payment and shipment to a future date of your choosing.
