We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription to Her Blessed Letters. If any issues arise, please review our policies below.

Damaged or Lost Letters

If your letter arrives damaged, you are eligible to receive a full refund for that specific letter or, if preferred, we can send a replacement at no additional cost.

If your letter is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to update your shipping address in your account profile or notify us of any changes. If your address is updated, we will resend up to 2 letters to your new address.
