Refund Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription to Her Blessed Letters. If any issues arise, please review the policies below.

Damaged or Lost Letters

If your letter arrives damaged, you are eligible to receive a full refund for that specific letter within 30 days of the billing date, or if preferred, I can send a replacement at no additional cost.

If your letter is lost in transit, I will send a replacement free of charge. Request a replacement here.

Incorrect Mailing Address

It is your responsibility to update your shipping address in your account profile or notify us of any changes. If your address is updated, we will resend up to 2 letters to your new address.
