Mailings

We mail letters on or around the 15th of every month.

All orders placed during our open enrollment window (the 1st through the 7th) are included in that month’s shipment. Letters are mailed via USPS First-Class Mail using a postage stamp. Tracking is not available for this type of delivery.

Please allow USPS 2-3 weeks to deliver the letter within the US. If you live outside of the US, please understand this may take even longer.

We cannot be held liable for delays due to the postal service, but we make every effort to mail on time to do our part.

Payment Schedule

When you sign up for Her Blessed Letters, you will be charged immediately for your first letter. This initial payment secures the current month’s themed letter.

All subscriber renewals occur on the 7th of each month. That payment covers the current month's letter, which will be mailed on or around the 15th.

To ensure a consistent billing schedule for all subscribers, we manually adjust renewal dates for new subscribers who join between the 1st and the 6th of the month.

Example:

• You sign up on August 3
• You are charged immediately for August's letter
• Your August letter is mailed on or around August 15
• Your second payment is manually pushed to September 7, securing the September letter
• From then on, you are billed monthly on the 7th
