Mailings
We mail letters on or around the 15th of every month.
If you sign up after the 15th of the month, the first letter will be mailed within 3-5 business days.
Letters are mailed via USPS First-Class mail using a postage stamp. Tracking isn’t available for this type of delivery.
Please allow USPS 2-3 weeks to deliver the letter within the US. If you live outside of the US, please understand this may take even longer.
We cannot be held liable for delays due to the postal service.
Payment Schedule
Your card will be charged when you initially sign up and your teen girl’s first letter will ship on or around the 15th of the month.
The first renewal will take place on the 10th of the month. This means your card will be charged on the 10th of the next month.
Because we allow you to sign up all month long and mail letters throughout the end of the month, it’s possible that you may be charged for the first and second letter within a week or two of each other.
Example Scenarios
You sign up between the 1st and the 15th of the month - your card is charged immediately. The first letter is mailed around the 15th of the month. Your card will be charged again on the 10th of the next month. The 2nd letter will be mailed around the 15th of next month.
You sign up between the 15th and the 31st of the month - your card is charged immediately. The first letter is mailed within 5 business days of your sign up date. Your card will be charged again on the 10th of the next month and every month going forward until you cancel. The 2nd letter will be mailed around the 15th of next month.
You sign up on or around the 31st of the month, you’re charged immediately to receive letter #1 and you will also be charged again on the 10th of next month to receive letter #2.
Monthly themed letters always ship on or around the 15th of the month.
