Her Blessed Letters is committed to delivering your monthly encouragement on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Mailings

New subscriber letters are mailed on Tuesdays.

• If you sign up by Monday night, your daughter's first letter will be mailed that next Tuesday.• If you sign up after Monday night, your letter will be mailed the following Tuesday (about a week later).• If a mailing date falls on a holiday, letters will be mailed the next day (Wednesday).
All renewal letters are mailed within one week of each monthly payment.

Letters are sent via USPS First-Class Mail using a standard postage stamp.

Tracking is not available for this type of delivery. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery within the U.S. (longer for international addresses).

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. You can update your shipping address at any time through your account. If you need assistance, reach out to me.

Lost or Delayed Mail

If your letter has not arrived within 3 weeks of receiving the email that her letter has been mailed, please request a replacement.

Billing

When you sign up, you'll be charged immediately for your daughter's first letter.

All subscriber renewals occur on the 7th of each month.

Your payments are aligned to the 7th for consistency. If you sign up late in the month, I'll automatically adjust your renewal so you're never billed twice before your teen receives their first letter.

Late Month Sign Ups

If you subscribe between the 16th and the last day of the month, your second charge will be delayed to the 7th of the following month. This prevents duplicate charges and ensures your daughter has enough time to receive and enjoy her first letter before the next cycle begins.

Sign Up Schedule Example

• Sign up on August 18 → charged immediately → first letter mailed the next Tuesday.• Second payment delayed to October 7 (skipping September), securing October's themed letter.• From then on, you'll be billed on the 7th of each month.
